These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scroll The Wheel mobile application, this website, and related services provided by Scroll The Wheel. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Scroll The Wheel for private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
Virtual items & progression
Bank balance, chips, perks, wheels, and other in-game values are licensed, not sold, and have no real-world cash value. We may balance, change, or remove game content at any time. Progress may be lost if you delete the app, change devices, or if data is corrupted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or interfere with servers or other users.
- Use automated tools to manipulate gameplay without permission.
- Harass others in support channels or submit unlawful content.
Disclaimer
Scroll The Wheelis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, or compatibility with every device. Gambling-style visuals do not constitute real-money gambling.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scroll The Wheel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the app was free.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Scroll The Wheel's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
